General Policy
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
The item is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you have not received a refund:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (If Applicable)
Only regular-priced items can be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at refunds@kharm.mu and send your item to: Lot 28/29 Rue Janvier, Trou Aux Biches, Mauritius, 22302.
Shipping
To return your product, mail it to: Lot 28/29 Rue Janvier, Trou Aux Biches, Mauritius, 22302. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
